Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the guests one floor above us were very loud - like stomping elephants. We called front desk about the noise but it continued for a couple of more nights.

This is a high end hotel with nice rooms, good ac, excellent staff and a very well executed breakfast. Location is good, but a bit of a walk to the most popular tourist attractions. Front desk staff is outstanding and has as many languages as you care to speak, with English being easy. High recommendation

When we first booked this property and were looking at the map we felt it was further away from most other options. After walking Venice for 3 days we realized what a perfect location this was. It’s easy to walk to the busy areas, but at night this hotel was in a quiet area. We got the corner room and opened up the windows in the morning. It was so appealing. Front desk staff were amazing. Polite, funny knowledgeable. We are on a 24 day cross Italy tour with 8 hotels and this property is so far rating as the best stay.

At the last minute I had to change my plans and leave earlier because of air travel delays and the person at the desk got me immediately connected to a taxi company while the bellhop walked me to the taxi spot. Nicely located hotel with good service levels. We were able to check-in earlier than planned (always useful if practicable) and all of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. There was a blip with some goods ordered for the room, but I think that may have been more the supplier's issue. However, that was disappointing given it was for a special birthday event.
