"New boutique luxury hotel in Venice"
Great service! Wonderful experience! Giovanni in the bar is amazing. He was once rated the #2 bartender in the world, but he's #1 in our book! The only difficulty we had was initially finding the hotel our first day. But, it's Venice, and even the locals get lost amidst the winding mazes of alleys and canals and bridges. We loved it!

"Hotel with a Nice View, But Gauge Your Expectation"
Hotel was directly off of the stop of your water taxi if done by group(or private) which was great. Some hotel staff seemed a little standoffish while another woman seemed very eager to help. Stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. They gave us a nice bottle of champagne as a thank you for staying. It was a very old Venetian style room which(depending on your expectations) was great for us. We got the room we booked which was nice, overlooking the main waterway, but was hoping for an upgrade since it was the off season and we have heard of many others getting this. Breakfast was included and was a standard "american" continental breakfast. As I am learning through my travels in Italy, this is a little different than what we would consider to be there for breakfast, but I still found it to be pretty decent, both from a selection and taste standpoint. The hot tub in our room broke, so they asked us not to use it after filling it up(leak into the ceiling hallway below). King bed was two twins pushed together which seems to be a 50/50 occurrence of a real king bed vs this. When we left, we were told by the hotel one price for the water taxi, but was charged something more once we arrived at the train station. Had trouble working the temperature controls as they would not stay on.

"Great value....excellent hotel"
Live an hour from Venice, but took advantage of a long weekend and great off season hotel price. Everything was excellent.....as stated in other reviews researched before booking. Great staff, super European breakfast, liked the location (it is Venice so could be difficult, but no problem), clean, etc. Booked the less expensive fourth floor room (no elevator), but loved it. Nothing fancy, but very pleased.

"Budget hotel with a great location"
I liked this hotel and would probably stay here again. Room was clean. Breakfast area slightly less clean but acceptable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is just outstanding, 2 bridges from the Arsenale Vaporetta stop and close walk to St. Mark's Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor was okay, but as reviews show there are some areas where updates could be made. For the price in this area, it's a great find.

"Wonderful hotel"
Had a wonderful time in a beautiful and unusual hotel. The staff was, for the most part, friendly and attentive. There was only one person at reception that I avoided asking assistance from if possible. My only complaint is that the room didn't get cold.

"Old Venice with Modern Conveniences"
From he moment of our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel is gorgeous, with Murano glass chandeliers throughout. We really appreciated the breakfast with fresh eggs, cut fruit, and great café Americano. What a great way to start the day since walking is really the best way to get around. The hotel is centrally located with an easy walk to San Marco Square or Rialto- learning our way around was half the fun. The spa- located on the roof- is amazing in itself and well worth a few hours of relaxation after being on your feet all day. Definitely take the complimentary tour to Murano and after making a purchase- head to Burano with another complimentary water taxi ride. You're on your own getting back, but the vaporetto is very easy and the staff will help you navigate the schedule. We can't say enough positive things about our stay, from the staff to the other guests, everyone was friendly which really emanated from the surroundings themselves. We can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so wonderful, indeed, they were a big part of our experience.
