The hotel is in a great spot - minutes from The Rialto and 5 mins from San Marco. There is a very good breakfast and staff were very good - both in the breakfast dining room and staff reception. My only criticism would be that the hotel bar was a bit drab and can only think it doesn't get very busy there. The hotel was fully booked mid January which must tell you something. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Everything about Hotel Ai Reali was perfection! From the months ahead, Elisa made sure every request was granted...she is definitely the MVP of the hotel! Everyone was simply awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel to ANYONE that wishes to be pampered around the clock!

The Property is located on a quiet street. The water taxi can usually (depends on tide) take you right to the door. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean. The staff is very Welcoming. The breakfast was great. Our room was beautiful despite being on the lower end for the hotel. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The location cannot be beat. It is 6 minute walk from St. Marcos Square. It is about 5 minute walk to the vapporetto station that can take you all around. You are 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. It is so close to everything but not in a busy section as on that particularly small street the hotel is the only thing until you cross a bridge almost at the doorstep of hotel and then you have a lot of cute shops and restaurants. We spend 4 nights in Venice and walked around a lot and always said we were thrilled we were staying at our location it was truly the easiest access to everything while not being in a busy area. Highly, highly recommend staying here and will do it again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ai Reali for our honeymoon and it was the best place we could have chosen. Our room was cleaned and organized every day while we went out to explore. We were given a free tour and the breakfast buffet everyday of our stay was wonderful! The staff was extremely kind and helped us any time we had a request or question. We will definitely be coming back!
