The location is very convenient, close to the train station. The rooms are clean. What I didn’t like was that there was no bottle of drink water, tea, or coffee in the room, which hotels usually provide. However, I liked the breakfast — there was a wide selection, and everything was tasty and well prepared.

Rooms were clean and nice :) the woman who did check-in and a man who did cheack-out were really nice. The guy working on Saturday evening (curly hair) was not the nicest tho.. we asked about how to get to the airport and he just said „taxi“ and was annoyed about having to communicate with guests. We went to Leonardo hotel to get the info.

I believe the hotel is over rated. Maybe a 7.5/8, not really a 9. With carpet in the rooms, if you have allergies you might suffer a bit. The room overall is ok. The breakfast is really good, which is a positive thing and there are few good restaurants nearby for dinner. Also, is very close if you need to take a bus yo the airport or a train to other places in Italy

Nice, modern hotel, just outside old Venice. Train station is just a few minutes walk down the road. Only downside was that the room faced the front where all the buses unloaded so it could be noisy at times.

The room was very clean. Would have been nice to have a kettle but we were aware before we stayed it didn't have one. Breakfast was basic but was ok. All in all the hotel was great value for money. Few minutes to the train station which is a short trip into venice. Large supermarket a short walk away. Very easy to get to the airport.
