Staff was very professional and accommodating. There were 13 of us traveling and some rooms had issues with the heating but they were able to resolve the issues. We were leaving before breakfast was open but they provided each of us with a few take away bags.

Great hotel! About 5-10 minutes walking distance from the train station which takes you to Venice in about 10 minutes. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
