I wouldn't recommend it to anyone during cold weather.It was the worst experience I've ever had. When I arrived, my trip was delayed, and when I finally got there, the person who checked me in was unfriendly. They gave me the room key, and I had to walk a long way in the cold with my suitcases, and there was a 75-year-old woman walking with me in that cold because the room wasn't close by. When we got there, the key card didn't work, so I had to go back in the cold to get a key. There was no transportation to help us get to and from the room. When I finally got to the room, it was freezing. I went back to the office again in the cold because the heater wasn't working, and the man there said it would warm up, but it didn't. We barely slept because of the cold. The next day we left. The bathroom was filthy, not pleasant at all.

The room had hairs from previous people, hot water was not working in one of the rooms, heater was not working in one of the rooms. When I checked in I asked specifically if I can reserve a shuttle for Venice then and there or tomorrow is not a problem. She said whatever I like. She do not specify that there was limited seating. I had to pay for Uber.

Great time staying at Hu! Clean and safe!Yummy breakfast! If you are relying on public transport, nearest bus stop to go to Rialto is like 20 min walk away.Shuttle bus availability is there to different locations from infront of hu- but not very frequent. Great place..Will visit again..

This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place.

The room was clean but the toilet in the master bathroom was not connected to the floor and it tilted and I nearly fell off 🙄. It’s next to a noisy highway so bring earplugs. It’s a great place for families with kiddos. It has a playground and pool. The grocery is quite nicely stocked with fresh veggies and most anything you’d need to cook. The restaurant has decent food. I recommend this place as a nicely appointed budget stay.

It is so noisy through night as motorway and train just right at back, and our bungalow is just next to those,. So noisy every night, cannot sleep at all. We arrived on the night of 12th, and was told that the pool is closed from following day. But we not been told when we booked and did c the photo of pool, and we brought swimming costume and gooogles as well. But it was told on the check-in that it was closed . This is unfair and made my kids so disapppointed. There is non activity at all for kids, non at all. The table tennis need pay for that, the park was just tiny. The staff didn't check safe properly, and we not able to open the safe one day, need asked reception to send tech over to fix it. We were supposed to go out but delayed bcos if need waiting for tech coming to fix save and get my staff once opened. But actually bcos of low battery. The battery was already showing but we didn't know as it is new to us. But how they not check before someone gonna move in.

All good, very good value for money. Cheap and cheerful accommodation, everything functioned well and was clean. All good apart from bad experience with the information desk clerk who blamed a 30 min late shuttle bus that they ran on us, and told us we should’ve got an earlier one. Bus was meant to arrive at 11:20 to be in Venice for a trip we had booked for 12. Ended up leaving at 11:50. We would’ve been fine if it was on time. Luckily we could change the trip time to 2 o’clock so wasn’t an issue in the end. Clerk was very rude and accusatory towards us even though it was clearly their fault, I was very close to saying something but kept my mouth shut.

The property is fantastic for a family with kids. They have a pool, a small playground, there’s a small market with all your grocery needs. It felt safe, the little homes had all the essentials you need even AC and heat. There’s a shuttle that takes you to and from Venice, that you can easily book at front desk or once you check-in. We were really happy with our stay, the staff were kind and helpful. The only thing that was challenging, the wifi didn’t work for us at all. We did check with the staff and they directed us to restart our phones, which we did multiple times. We understand it’s out of their control. So just keep that in mind when booking!

It was around 2 km from mestre railway station, but walkable, they had shuttle bus service to Venice torchetto for €2.50 per person. We had a great time over there with family although it was cold & we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool. Check in & check out were smooth. Also they have mini market on site

Excellent camping facility close to Venice offering a daily shuttle service to and from the city. There are a number of accommodation options to suit your needs from two bedroom chalets to smaller pod like campers to spaces for your own camper. Great staff.

Me gustó mucho el cuarto de camping y la ubicación, sobre todo porque ofrecen el servicio de un bus para llevarte a Venecia y recogerte. Tiene un pequeño súper en el lugar en caso de que hayas olvidado algo y tiene servicio de desayuno muy bueno. Es un lugar bastante agradable. Lo único que mejoraría es la limpieza en los cuartos porque realmente las sábanas tenían algunas manchas, al igual que el edredón y el piso. El personal en general es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Yo volvería a quedarme aquí.
