This is our first time in a camp ground and we love the concept. Everything we need is available. When we come back we are definitely staying here again. The check-in process was flawless. The staff is very professional and kind. Having access to laundry, groceries, restaurant, and being able to walk safe in the area is very important to us. The water in the shower could be a little hotter, but other than that we are very satisfied with the place.

Great place!

The place was clean. I loved the amenities they had. I stayed here to sightsee Venice but I wish i had more time at the place to swim and hang out. But it’s a great place to stay. The food at the restaurant there was also really good!

The site is very well located for visiting Venice with a reasonably priced and frequent shuttle bus. The pool area and restaurant/bar are also great and the one dinner we ate there was lovely. It's quite a pretty site too and the majority of staff were very helpful. However, it's not the kind of site where we would stay unless it was a base for visiting the nearby area as there is not much else to do. The on site shop was expensive and did not really have any fresh food options for self catering. The chalet looked nice on first viewing but had a lot of little issues, such as: Bathroom fittings being loose, shower controls that were broken, lack of kitchen utensils, a hob that didn't work properly, a safe that didn't work, A/C that only operated in the kitchen etc. The nearest toilet block was also closed without explanation. Overall impression: Really good option for a quick visit to Venice, but I wouldn't go back otherwise.

Everything good except that i had no advanced notification on my booking confirmation that i would need photo id for all occupants when checking in on my arrival.I had travelled to the venue while holidaying in another part of Italy 3 hours away. Fortunately I had photos of my passports on my mobile phone that the young lady managed to get accepted by the management otherwise we were looking at a wasted trip as we would have been unable to gain entry without them.

The stay was ok, reception are not helpful when it comes to ordering taxis. We had a “taxi ordered” but the receptionist never phoned anyone and just assumed someone would be outside at the taxi rank, uber isn’t great over here and we managed to phone the number from another customers taxi. The company only spoke Italian but luckily with broken English we got something organised. We made our bus by 3 minutes and would have completely missed it had we waited for staff to help. I was also charged for using my own phone abroad due to staffs incompetence.

Me and my grandson went in August at the height of the season found it hard to get a sun lounger queueing at the restaurant pool bar food was lovely but cold in the middle a lasagne and Caroline the rooms were great and the shower was amazing taxi to and from The airport was on time or even waiting for us staff at the restaurant and the reception were great location was 10 out of 10 to go to Venice and the surrounding area

We rented a little cabin and it was great. The facilities are awesome, but the staff have no manners and are rude. From the staff at check in to the ones at the restaurant, our interactions was unpleasant/ staff don’t seem to appreciate visitors. We traveled in many different hotels in Italy and first time it happened. Would return again anyway because the site was great.

Noisy but reasonably priced

Cons: Our caravan was next to a major highway so all we could hear was traffic, which isn’t very relaxing. We had to sleep with ear plugs and the pollution levels near the kids’ slide was high. There was hardly any cooking equipment, not even a chopping board and no oven. Pros: The cost was reasonable to stay within accessible distance of Venice. The regular shuttle bus was convenient but it cost 20 euros return and booking your time back in advance meant running to get it sometimes. There is a shop and a bar with ice-cream that was reasonable. The reception is 24 hours which is handy and staff were friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool.
