"We loved our stay at the Cumberland, it was perfect for a family of four. The underground station is right around the corner, there was always a cab waiting, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Highly recommend for a family vacation. We only had 2 days in London and would definitely stay here when we return. The only downside I can list is the shower - like a majority of hotels now, it’s next to impossible to keep the water inside the shower because there’s not an actual door, just glass on half. But the bathroom was huge, as was the closet."

"Lovely hotel in a great location, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were really lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade. My partner is pregnant and they were able to provide a specific pregnancy pillow which was a real surprise and really appreciated. We had a great stay. "

"Room missing amenities. Unable to provide a stool for bath tub for handicapped. Tub too tall to get in & out. No bed side lamp & need to go to the door to turn off the light. Some staff are extra friendly & helpful. Extra large room for London ( apts converted to hotel). Missing furniture. Great location. Free breakfast for not cleaning room. One only per room. Bad insulation, next door’s voices heard. "
