Great place all good

We had an excellent stay here. Location is well placed and rooms are clean. There is AC which is a huge plus. Staff is quite nice and helpful. There was a bar too. I would revisit again. Arun at the front desk was really helpful!

C’est un hôtel agréable, moderne, neuf. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes mais confortables. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain est bien équipée avec shampooing et gel douche à disposition. En revanche ce sont des petites fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas. Le petit déjeuner continental est correct, l’espace de restauration est bien aménagé et bien décoré. L’hôtel est bien situé à deux pas du métro et plusieurs bus. 2 bémols, j’avais envoyé un message pour demander si je pouvais laisser ma valise à mon arrivée le matin. On m’a indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas d’espace de stockage de valise que ce n’était pas possible. Je me suis donc débrouillé autrement en la laissant dans une consigne. Or lors de mon Check in en fin de journée, j’ai pu constater derrière l’accueil un espace où plusieurs valises étaient disposées avec des étiquettes, je trouve que c’est pas très professionnel. Aussi, le ménage n’a pas été effectué durant mon séjour, et quand je l’ai signalé à la réception, il m’a dit qu’il fallait en faire la demande au préalable auprès de la réception, sauf que personne ne m’a informé de cette disposition, alors qu’un bouton « faire la chambre » est disponible et peut-être activé !

Great if you just need a place to sleep, nice beds and bathroom. However some of out towels had stains? and the bathroom had some black gunk some places, but not enough to bother us.

Fikk rom uten vindu først, og hadde ikke mobildekning. Følte jeg var på ufrivillig Cruisetur. Gikk opp i resepsjonen å fikk heldigvis byttet rom, vinduet på det nye rommet var bitte lite. Men det var vindu på rommet! Ville ikke anbefale rommet for noen som har klaustrofobi
