Room was large however I almost felt like I was walking into a hostel. There were no hand towels or soap in our room. The AC was on but didn’t seem to cool the room very well. The tub is very high and slippery with no logically placed bar to help - there’s a really low bar almost at the level of the tub? We were only staying for one night and it was a good location so it was okay. Would not recommend for long stay

Manage your expectations.......

The location of the hotel was really good. Our air conditioner didn't work, but thankfully we figured out how to open the window so we had some air flow. The toilet ran 24/7 and we had to use sound machines to sleep. We called them and they said it was fixed, but clearly wasn't. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom when we showered and it took them over 2 hours to bring us toilet paper. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Amazing room. Massive for London. Right beside the underground and Oxford Street. Safe with door locked at night and security visible. Stayed twice now and both times staff have been so nice. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel in a great location. Next to Hide park and the tube station. Very easy to get around and lots of amenities nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I had an issue with the hotel when they barged into my room claiming there was a fire alarm coming from it, which later turned out to be a false alarm. After meeting with the hotel manager, Ms. Mira, I was compensated with the price of one night refunded to my account, and they also offered me flowers and cake. I would like to add that Ms. Mira is the best part of the hotel, with her kind smile and here very nice word and wonderful spirit. Thank you, Ms. Mira.
