Location is convenient and staff were excellent! Room was a little dated but had bigger issues like sliding bathroom doors that don’t close all the way and doesn’t lock. Mini fridge door hinge was off so wouldn’t fully close, leaving a convienent wooden door just sticking out enough right next to the bed to wack your knee on. Heater cover was broken so it just kind of hung off the wall. Little things yes, but just took away from the overall experience. Not to mention the paper thin walls allowing you to hear the full blown domestic happening in the next room at 1:30am. It’s a hotel downtown around the corner from the garden. So expect lots of noise and people drunk stumbling down the hallways to their rooms at all hours. The front door said it was locked at night for guest safety and you have to your a key card to enter but was never locked even in the early hours. Overall how do I put this…staff were all great, service with a smile! But hotel itself is a pig with lipstick on. Looks pretty from afar and in pictures but lacking the quality, safety and details in the hotel, especially the rooms to make it a good hotel. Not worth the price. Should be significantly cheaper for the quality you get.

I thought by paying through Expedia was going to be it. No when you arrive they also charge you another 100.00 on top of the amount you paid for the room! I was pissed. You have to pay for using the amenities in the room! Also the don’t tell you but you have to park like 3 blocks to a parking garage and walk to the hotel. I am not happy with the at all
