Only bed made 1 day without a request. No one ever came to switchout towels or empty the trash. It was a housekeeping joke. Very disappointed. Last time was so much more like a resort where they appreciated us. Also, a friend sent me a gift card and no one in the entire resort knew how to redeem it. everyone kept saying it was a new system. Alexa from Half Cracked tried to help her best (thank you!) but eventually on the last day the hotel manager had to just apply it to the bill. Not sure we will make trip #3 here."
