Everything was amazing about this hotel until our shower started to overflow and they were in our room until 130a trying to fix it and couldnt. They did accommodate us to a different which our keys continued to fail at the door. I felt like they could have accommodated alot more for all the inconvenience.

2nd time there and regret it. Loved the first time, this the 2nd try, but they are in the process of being sold, so must be hard to get decent service folks. On top of that, they sold the entire resort to a conference and did not tell paying customers, so we could not use the rooftop pool one day, nor the regular pool area 2 other days. But they still gladly charged us the $39pp per day “resort fee”. Half of the food court was closed, Half-cracked was closed one day…just an overall horrible experience. Strongly recommend that you wait to spend your money until an experienced resort/hotel management company buys it and gets it in resort-worthy order.

Beautiful resort. We came here for the amazing pool but were disappointed at check in on a Saturday that it was closed for a private event. Told us we could go to the roof top pool but there were no chairs for us to use.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooftop pool was very classy. Adults only. Nice! And the view was nice at sunset. The main pool was also nice. The food and drinks were also surprisingly very good. The only think l thing that thru us off was that there was no full restaurant at the resort. A lot of little places that were Ok. But it was more like a food court at a mall or airport. Not what we expected for dinner at a resort.
