"Ka’nyjah was the most pleasant, beautiful young lady. She always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. What an asset to have her at the front desk greeting people with her beautiful smile. The lady that puts the food out in the morning was bit rude and crappy Friday morning. Not pleasant or happy at all!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We got there earlier than check in and they allowed us to store our bags at the reception area so we could still go do things and even got our room ready and allowed to check in earlier than suppose to so they could accommodate us. "We had a wonderful time and everything was great. Only complaint I had was the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Yes, that was my first world problem of the trip. Big pool was cooled in June when we were there which was awesome after coming in from the beach and warm gulf water. Staff is great and accommodating. Location was great with beach access steps away. Restaurants within walking distance and all had great food. Great overall area to stay. Trolly rides to the north village were fun to take to see more of the area."
