we loved how close it was to the beach walking distance, and we love that it was an efficiency style room, but we didn’t love a lot of lighting peeking through the blind, so it was hard to sleep. Also, the bedding was polyester and very uncomfortable, but the most unsettling thing was the pool was freezing cold to the point. Our little kids wouldn’t even jump in. The ocean water was much warmer than the pool.

We have been going to Tropical Beach resort for several years now and love it. We have invited friends for the last several years and they love it as much as we do. It is a small family friendly location with beautiful property and amazing beach access. Clean, comfortable rooms with amazing staff. We LOVE this place.

The room was lovely good size had everything you needed. It was very clean the property was in good order. Most of the staff were friendly. My only issue was with the one swimming pool that you had to wear a paper waistband to attend, I’m all for having to prove you are staying at the residence. But I’m not a child. And having to physically wear the waistband and be chastised when I had it at the top of my bag and not on my wrist was taking it to far. It’s not as if I had to purchase drinks or have it on for an all inclusive holiday Just to sit around and use a pool. I think common sense could be used here and if you can show your wristband that should be good enough. Other than that issue the hotel and the area are really great

We love this resort and the people who staff it. It was our first time staying here. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We stayed in an efficiency and it had everything we needed. We love the location to the beach and the availability of the private beach. The two pools were great. The new pool is really beautiful! We look forward to another stay. This is at the south end of Siesta Key and therefore much more quiet. There are some night life spots, but the majority is farther north in The Village. This is accessible by the Breeze Trolley or another ride service.
