Si dejamos en el baño la maquina de enjuague de laboca y se la robaron ,no dije nada hasta llegar a mi casa para asegurarme de qye no estaba y asi fue solo me dejaron el sepillo que va en la cabeza del enjuagador,es una falta de respetoy esto saldra en todos las plataformas

A lovely stay!
Our stay at Compass was great! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a step above the usual fare with sweet offerings in the afternoon. 2 restaurants on the property for delicious choices if not venturing out. A beautiful pool area. A room on the marina side is a must for seeing the boat’s navigate in and out all day. The only downside of the property is the odor of the marina that wafts in and out on some days.

The room wasn’t ready at check in but was suspiciously ready shortly after. We dropped our bags off and left for the night. When we returned, we noticed that half of the bed smelled of men’s cologne and the other half didn’t smell at all. It seemed to us that the hotel reused the previous guests sheets which grossed us out so much that we left as they didn’t offer a new room. The response to this situation has been completely lackluster as well. We still haven’t been contact by Nicole, the director of rooms, despite emailing and calling her. I would definitely recommend staying away from here.

Skip this hotel. The seaweed is so awful and they do not manage the area. It wreaks of a sewage smell from the seaweed the moment you open your car door. You are also charged a daily resort fee but you cannot do anything outside/ around the resort due to the extremely overpowering stench.

It’s always 5 o’clock here.
Great property. Had a king size room overlooking the marina and it was very clean, spacious and decorated in the Margaritaville theme. The pool area is top notch. Cold drinks delivered to your pool seat along with great happy hour snacks. Complimentary breakfast is very impressive. Brian the GM makes it his job to see that you’re having a great time and the entire staff were accommodating and helpful. Shoutout to Dawn and Sharron in the bar/ restaurant area and the bartenders. Great time and we will be back!

Really nice hotel, very clean, modern, spacious rooms, friendly staff and eco friendly toiletries (that smelt amazing) :) The pool area was nice and the food was good too. This hotel is a short drive away from Anna Maria Island itself, we had a car so it was fine to drive across (about 2 miles), but parking isn’t always the easiest on the island. We did always find a spot but had to drive around for a while on occasions. I believe you can rent bicycles from the hotel if you didn’t have a car. The only downside was a horrible smell around the front of the hotel, it wasn’t very nice to be greeted with, however around the pool and inside the hotel you couldn’t smell it!

Such a great experience!
This property was incredible! Great location. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Every employee that we came in contact with was cheerful, friendly and welcoming. The room and property felt extremely clean. The pool was nice! Everything was above any and all of our expectations.

The property was very pretty with an ocean view. Staff was friendly! The sheets on the bed were uncomfortable, too hot ! The fiber content was a blend of polyester and cotton, mostly polyester. I think they should give you a choice if you want all cotton sheets!

Property is lovely, Terrific location about a mile from Anna Maria Island. Attractive lobby, clean and comfortable. Daily breakfast, bar and pool all excellent. Beautiful views! That said, when we first arrived after a long day of travel there were three (!) women at the reception desk. One of the three was assisting a guest. The other two were focused on their computer screen and ignored us. Ugh not a great start. The spacious bathroom in our room had one (1!) hook. There were no shelves, drawers or storage just bare walls and lots of wasted space. Shower head was broken (quickly fixed once we notified the front desk) and tub was chipped (thought there was bug in the tub LOL) . Why wouldn't the room be repaired after the last guest checked out and the next guest checked in? All in all though a nice hotel. I would certainly consider another stay.
