"We flew into Anchorage a couple days early before our cruise out of Seward. We were supposed to stay at the convention center which closed down permanently This ended up being a last minute booking, I thought the place was quaint and really nice. It's been renovated and the lobby is very lodge like. They serve a nice breakfast every morning and have transport to and from the airport. The grounds are well kept with beautiful flowers all around the property (this was in June). Downtown Anchorage is just a short Uber ride away. I think The Puffin Inn is perfect for it's price point."
