Transportation from ANC
Flights to Anchorage International Airport land just 5 miles from the city center, and getting there is easy. The number 7 bus runs to the downtown transit center hourly from the domestic terminal, and will get you there for about the cost of a tall coffee. However, if you are landing late at night or just prefer the most convenient option available, taxis will be waiting for you. Shuttle services are also on-call, and many run 24 hours a day.
