I reserved a room that had a kitchen and two queen beds. Upon opening the door, there was a terrible smell (pet urine and hair). Upon further investigation, the couch cushion was missing, the couch and chair were filthy, covered in pet hair, and the couch cushion was missing. The oven door was also missing, and the refrigerator was very dirty. The bedding had huge cigarette burn holes in them, and the carpet was also filthy. The door lock did not latch correctly, and you could see daylight through the door. I went to ask if I could get my money back, and the lady at the desk was very nice and told me I would have to call Travelocity. I was afraid I would not receive any money back because I didn't take out the insurance. Her manager said they had another room available and showed me it. It appeared to be cleaner. There were still cigarette burns in the bedding, some mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the microwave was missing parts. The door only had one latch that locked, and the outside door going down the stairs would not open, so you could only take the elevator or the stairwell located inside the motel. This is dangerous incase of a fire. The only thing going for this motel is that the staff members were kind and helpful.

I did not like anything about this hotel. It was extremely over priced. for an older very time worn property. management did not know how to check in guests. No towels in room.no working ice machine. no coffee. at least it was clean and no bed bugs.

Continental breakfast included muffins, Gogurt and juice. Facility was dirty and in poor repair. when checking our people were complaining of bugs in their bed and lack of clean linens. poor quality all round.

Everything was broken, toilet did not flush, hole in front door, door lock barely functioned. Unsafe conditions overall, had to leave to get a new hotel. Homeless and drug dealers all around area.
