The room had an odd smell. The room service was very minimal. The toilet seat was cracked. The staff members were very kind and the airport shuttle was a great benefit. The breakfast was okay, but it was mostly non-perishables.

If you’re use to the Hilton or Marriott brand style, this hôtel is not for you. As soon as we walked into the room, we called in and canceled our reservation. There was no issues with the cancellation or refund process.
