The pillows are terrible. They are the flatest pillows I've ever seen in my life. I called the front desk to ask for extra pillows and they said they didn't have any. For the price, i expected more. Also the walls are thin and you can hear people in the next room talking and anyone who walks down the hall. There are no luggage racks in the rooms so you have to put your suitcase on the floor.

I very much like the courteousness of the staff especially the check-in crew The professional way in which they handle the very busy time at the hotel. It's the only thing I didn't like was a couple of vending machines around the fritz which is really petty and small other than that everything was perfect

Secure and clean facility. No room services due to COVID, but the cleaning staff did not wear masks, only front desk personnel did. Seems like there should be room cleaning for stays over a week.
