I had a positive experience during my 10-day business trip. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming. The rules were clear and easy to understand. As soon as we pulled in the manager and other staff came to greet us and helped us with our luggage. I cannot say enough about how nice everyone was. We immediately felt so welcomed and safe. The manager even carried our luggage up the stairs and put it into our room for us. They were all very helpful about tips on where to go to dinner and any other questions we had. They only challenge we had was a little bit of difficulty getting the luggage down the stairs only because we left so early, no one was awake. Otherwise, the staff would have gladly brought it down for us. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The shared bathroom was always spotless. I’m happy we stayed there and will definitely stay again.

Fair Hotel for a fair price

You get what you pay for. It was a decent accommodation for a fair price for Alaska. Anywhere else that room would’ve been $60. But it was reasonable for Alaska. When I got up to Alaska and see that a nice hotel room are $360 up to $600 a night. I changed my flight and came back home.

My stay here was very nice. A small room but comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Always clean bathrooms/shower. Max was especially helpful with local information and suggestions for apps. The northern lights one helped me find a good time to see them, and they were very cool to see!!

Very noisey as its on a main street and rhe windows are poor. One shared bathroom was scary. The shared bathrooms do not work well in the morning when everyone is luned up to use them

Really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. Max was great in advance with providing regular updates on late check-in arrangements which made us feel a lot better. Arrival and check-out all went smoothly and the room and shared shower facilities were great. Highly recommendable!
