Dear Tara,I am sorry but I am confused a little by your review. Our hotel is just now coming up on being 7 years old and we have not had any complaints on the elevators. We do serve breakfast every morning that is up to standards with Marriott for a TownePlace Suites. We also have coffee, water and tea in our lobby 24 hours a day. Please feel free to reach us directly to us if you have any other concerns. I apologize you did not receive the service that we pride ourselves in at our hotel. Happy Holidays,
