My stay started off with issues, not from the hotel, but from my personal issues with my credit card> Jen as the front desk was very patient and as helpful as she could be. She saw my frustration with my issues, but was kind enough to ask her boss to wave needing a card on file. Her kindness and her bosses was way above what that had to do, and for that I am very thankful. I travel often and will stay here from now on because of their kindness. They demonstrated kindness that they didn't have too and I will forever be thankful.....especially for Jen. God Bless you
