"We really liked this hotel and the staff was very helpful. The only issue was there were some maintenance issues with the bathroom sink. Also, the road was noisy, but they provided ear plugs. The hotel is walking distance to the train station but there is drug use and homelessness evident in the area."

"I liked that it was convenient to the airport and the train depot. The shuttle service was great and on time. But was not clean, so much dust on heater that I am sure no air would be able to come out. Sheets looked like they had been slept on. Very out dated and dirty."

"The building needs a renovation, carpet in the hallways are worn out. The room was clean but paint on walks is old and some baseboards we’re missing. The bathroom is dated. We were not able to get a call through to the front desk when we called from the airport for a shuttle. The front desk was extremely busy at check in 8:30 at night. It took us 30 minutes to check in and they weren’t willing to give us any credit for the wait or the lack of shuttle service. They charge a $25 “resort fee” but definitely not a resort. For the price they charge I would not recommend this hotel."
