There was not a staff member to handle check in for quite awhile after we arrived alongside other guests. Once we got to our room the bath faucet would not work and was only stuck on being able to use the shower. Quite disappointing with that. Cleanliness was great as usual though!

Airport shuttle is super convenient. Property is a bit dated, but it is clean and serene. The restaurant on property serves delicious fare.

The issue I had was with the HVAC system. There is a window AC unit, but the curtains block any cold air from coming out into the room. The AC unit is noisy when it kicks on as well. I was charged a "resort fee" but since I stayed only one night and left at 4 am, I was not able to use the breakfast buffet that is the "resort fee." The hotel itself is not bad, and the restaurant inside made it convenient for dining.
