Everything was broken in room. Hot water was cold. Shower got fixed but sink stayed lukewarm. Then tv broke. Then fridge broke. Requested room service was barebone minimal. No replacement of dirty cups and glasses and no new lotion. Also, water needs to be picked up by guests themselves. Which sometimes sucks since the hotel is about half a mile long.
