The Hotel was understaffed, which was to be expected. The door lock broke on the 3rd night there and we had to be moved to another room with all our stuff in the old room. I called down to the front desk the next morning and they told me the door was fixed. Later that day they called me to tell me we needed to move out of the old room so they could fix the lock, which was already fixed. I was told I needed to get back to the hotel straight away so this could be done. Then they called me back to say oops sorry miscommunication, we could keep the old room. Not once were we offered any thing in the way of compensation for the inconvenience. A breakfast coupon, a drink coupon either would have been appreciated

The room was disgusting they did not sweep the floor so there was other peoples toe nails next to the toilet, there was another persons food and drink in the fridge and in our other room it had not been swept ether or vacuumed. The coffee cups (paper)had been used and put back they where covered in someone’s old coffee stains! Thank god all we did was sleep here very misleading very dirty and nasty just don’t do it!! Thankfully we just slept here and had our own blankets and left early in the morning. Do not stay here!
