The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the Roaring Fork River as you step onto the private patio, the crisp mountain air filling the space while snow-dusted peaks frame the view. Mornings invite you to linger by the windows, watching the river glide beneath a blanket of white, and evenings offer a quiet place to unwind after a day on nearby trails. The spacious home balances open gathering areas with private nooks, creating a peaceful retreat for colder‑season stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The house accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds, complemented by five full baths. Each room is stocked with fresh linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, giving you both comfort and privacy.



Kitchen & dining

A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless‑steel gas stove, a General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. A dining table nearby makes shared meals easy, while the layout gives you plenty of room to prepare your own dishes.



Indoor comfort

Central heating keeps the interior warm, and a split‑type ductless system adds extra climate control. A 50‑inch HDTV and sound system provide entertainment for relaxed evenings, and high‑speed Wi‑Fi with a dedicated workspace lets you stay connected. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are provided for your convenience.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the private patio‑balcony or the backyard to breathe in the fresh mountain air. A BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits, and the riverfront setting offers a tranquil backdrop for sunrise or sunset moments.



Neighborhood

The home sits along the Roaring Fork River, just a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby you’ll find the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants and grocery options including Whole Foods and King Soopers.



Parking & access

Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in through a smart lock makes arrival simple, and long‑term stays are welcome for those looking to settle in and explore the surrounding mountains at a leisurely pace.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
