"Easy check in. Hotel is goood/decent. Nothing super fancy, but it is what you expect for a reasonable price. Elevator seemed like it could use some maintenance but worked okay. There was no breakfast offered during our stay, but we had not been expecting it. There was a sign saying it would not be available until further notice. Not sure what that was about. Didn’t get a chance to try out the pool. Staff were pleasant upon checking in and check out. Overall good experience. They do have signs for quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and make you sign a form agreeing to this. Never saw that at a hotel before but not a bad idea. Only one night were there kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors but that could happen anywhere. Did not charge for parking."

"As always, our room was super clean and ready upon check in. Staff at the desk were five-star. We normally eat away from the hotel, but decided to try the restaurant for breakfast the next day. Very good, hot, and priced pretty good for a hotel restaurant. The ONLY thing that I found bogus, was the pay to park thing. I hadn't been down there since 2024, so it was obviously implemented after that. I don't usually stay at hotels where you have to pay parking."

"The staff was friendly, the restaurant was convenient with great breakfast selections, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the "heated pool" was very cold. We selected the hotel in part based on the heated pool given that we knew the weekend would be cold and rainy, so it was a disappointment for us and our kids."

"From the moment we checked in at the front desk until the moment we were dropped off from the shuttle at BWI the staff interaction was excellent. We especially loved Mo, who takes care of everyone at the bar/restaurant. The discussion was great and the food was delicious. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle are the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight back to Detroit and we are not morning people. The in-room coffee, punctuality of the shuttle, and kindness from the staff was an added bonus. Thank you!"
