We just had our wrdding over the weekend, Tunnel Mountain Resort was an excellent location for all of our needs as well as a point of gathwring with our guests and wedding party. The cabin was a great size, and the staff were wondwrful and attentive.

The Banff bus stop was right in front of the hotel and you get a free bus pass. We rode it into town and back several times. Very convenient. The staff were great. There was a pool, but no hot tub which after hiking all day I would have liked. We would stay there again.

Hannah who did our checked in and "checked out" is very cheerful helpful very efficient knowledgeable. Her pleasant personality makes the first impression of the hotel 5 star. The mattress also receives a 5 star for it's firmness cleanliness....very comfortable The bathroom is very clean and the shower was great...5 star for this too The carpet looked aged and the room number on the doors is too small. The exhaust fan in the washroom in the loft is very noisy especially when we have to leave the light on at night.
