The room wasnt clean. Dirty rag in the shower, missing towels, unfinished bedding. It seems as if cleaning services finished 60% of the service and walked out.

Had difficulty having the room cleaned. Fine the first day but was not cleaned after that. Towels were not refreshed. Had to make several calls to front desk before “fresh towels” and wash clothes were delivered the last night of our stay. Ironically, bath mats were delivered instead of towels. Too tired to pursue further. The onsite cafe was fine. Food was ok. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. This location has the potential to be a really good option. However, the facility needs some sprucing up and minor repairs. On the other hand, the staff was helpful and attentive. This location appears to be understaffed

Tub was very slippery - no non-slip things in the tub and when I say it was slippery - you couldn't move or you would fall. My friend actually did fall but luckily wasn't hurt. No towel provided to put down on the floor. No hand soap in the bathroom - had to go down to the front desk to ask for soap. Also asked front desk for towels & they handed us 3 wash cloths. Only furnished a couple of towels. Bed was old and creaky. Made special request to check in early - called ahead too - was told yes I can - got there - nope had to wait.

Good stay - good location.

Customer service was excellent. Beds were comfy. Pillows too. Rooms need do not disturb signs. I was very unhappy that a staff member knocked on my door at 9am asking if I needed anything!!! Also I asked the cleaning lady not to clean my room only to find out she went in and threw away the trash and made the beds. That’s a big no no! Restaurant was ok. Cook wasn’t available for dinner so we had to wait for him to show up. Food choices were minimal. Hotel is in a very good location. Valet is $45 a day -they don’t tell you that anywhere so be mindful of that. But happy overall especially with check-in and how nice everyone was
