Welcoming staff room was nicely appointed. I asked for and paid for an upgrade to a Bay view. There was no view in room 502. Only by twisting around and look could one see trees but no bay. At checkout I showed pictures of the non view. The room manager apologies and took off the upgrade cost. This ...
