"A great deal for the location. Old hotel, decor looks worn, but everything was very clean and room was freshened up daily. It was nice to have the little fridge and coffee maker in the room (I used the hot water to make pour-overs with my own device). Just a block from the subway, lots of good food options nearby. Would stay again if traveling solo and not spending much time in the room (small and AC unit in room was a bit noisy, so not a romantic space)."

"The room was a standard room with 2 beds, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the furniture was old and not dusted (I actually found a dime under the telephone), the room service menu had all stains on it but since it was a weekend, they did not do room service and there was no refrigerator in the room. I will not stay there again. The front desk person was ok but she did not explain anything i.e. no room service and that there was a party that evening which would affect parking"

"The room smelled like strong cat pee i think it was their cleaning solution.But the smell was terrible. Also some kind of construction going on inside the hotel but never saw anyone working. We booked the hotel on the basis of the indoor pool... but sadly found out when we arrived.It was empty. Just not a very good overall experience."

"I was pulled in by what seemed to be the location, beautiful hotel, and rope & slippers. I did not get any of that. check in was a breeze but i did not have the robe in the room and when i went to ask about it they said they ran out. and i went the next day and asked again and was told again they ran out. Never saw slippers. This isn't near anything to do and no public transport is decent in the area. The gym equipment is actually from TEMU. Im not joking I looked it up."
