First off they charge a $300 deposit, why I don’t know it’s not worth it. Also, overcharged my friend’s card $140 extra on top of “” upgrading the room which I didn’t see a upgrade but them moving us to a mobility access room which I didn’t book(which only meant for me is we came late so they switched our room out without our permission). Room wasn’t that clean had whoever’s hair stayed there before everywhere. The sheets were stained as well as pillowcases the only good thing about this was the location and that wasn’t worth it. We stayed one night and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay. One of the worst experiences when it comes to a hotel just one thing after the other, smh.

The building is fairly new so it's clean and in good condition, but there were several things missing that would seem pretty standard. The 2 queen bed room didn't have a microwave or a clock. We purposely picked a bathroom with a tub but the tub drain plug didn't work and couldn't be fixed the first night. The AC unit and outside traffic were noisy at night. We switched to another room because of the outside noise, and it was much better, but it didn't have a bathtub. Also, the indoor pool wasn't heated and was cold. Finally, the only restaurant is in the Marriott across the street, but it was closed for several hours in the afternoon, so that didn't help for lunch. It's a very nice, clean property if you just need a comfortable bed, a shower and decent breakfast, but I think we could have paid less for that.
