Clean room with no smells. Bathroom is very clean and shower has very nice tiles. Shower head should be replace with a newer one to match the nice bathroom. Rusty door hinges should be replace to prevent squeaking. Sound proofing is needed.

Room was ok although beds were small and pillows hard. Even though this was a no smoking room and environment, I guess those rules don't apply to grass. The smell seeped into our room and was very pronounced in Block E. Disappointing.

Overall, it was a very convenient and nice comfortable stay for two nights while visiting New York City. Clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet despite the location right off a busy road. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their continental breakfast is limited, but OK. Keep in mind that you would have to walk few steps through outdoors to get to the breakfast area. Also, the building design is such that there are about 10 steps to get to any room.

The staff were very friendly and professional as well as very helpful with directions and services. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with nice variety for continental basis. Did use parking but it seemed that there was enough parking for all. I would definitely stay here again.
