Hotel consistently charged my card multiple times during my stay while I was under the impression that the bill was already paid. They create these daily fees referred to as “incidentals” which include parking, taxes (even though you get charged for taxes during checkout) etc. The General Manager, Liza was an absolute nightmare and does NOT deserve to be in ANY sort of leadership role nor customer service position whatsoever.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean however maintenance was called to fix bathroom door and phone. The food was not very good from our dinner, chicken quesadilla was just thrown together, pita old and fries were leftovers. Breakfast was okay but over priced for what they offered.
