We were met by Fanny, an absolute gem of a front desk professional, who deserves a standing ovation of her own. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. Not only did she make us feel completely at home, but she also went above and beyond to answer every question with care from parking suggestions to nearby dining to helping us coordinate a late checkout so my daughter could change after her performance. Fanny’s professionalism and warmth were a shining example of top-tier customer service. She was our calm in the whirlwind of recital day, and I cannot thank her enough for her thoughtfulness. If you’re visiting downtown Kansas City especially for an event at the Music Hall Crowne Plaza is the ONLY place to stay. The hotel is consistently clean, everything works, sheets and towels are clean and good quality. the rooms are laid out for convenience and comfort. The free breakfast has plenty of choices, even tortillas. We will continue to stay here in future."
