The room was clean other than hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The fire alarm went off at 4 am so we had to evacuate, but we're able to go back in 15 minutes later

John at check-in was ahhhmazing! Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. No prices on snacks, bit of a sticker shock. Carlos the night attendant on 1/6 was helpful and kind. Loved the location.

Free breakfast was terrible awful, it made me sick, ruined my day. Better meals at the bar upstairs lounge reception ground,.I love the Arctic Club Seattle for accommadion but no free breakfast
