"no refrigerator in room.. must pay $25 if you want one pool closes at 6 pm. i didn’t get to swim —very disappointed! room was clean.. large and nice. fresh smell !💕 fan in bathroom was very noisy. not enough plug-ins for all my digital equipment.. lamp plug didn’t fit my stuff.. doubt i would stay there again.. i tried New York/NU before and didn’t care for that hotel (about 4 years ago) .. it seems Vegas stinks of marijuana everywhere! you go! line ups to Luxor check in were long.. a nice employee helped me thru digital check in and he made me the room keys. no front desk check i found.. all computer units — yuck-/ no human connection.. and i had to wait an hour for housekeeping to bring me a medical fridge — 3 calls.. phone service slow too many people wanting things!!! seemed short staffed as many of us waited in line for human desk assistance more than 40 minutes at 8-9 pm — however very happy with the human assistance i received.. but all so slow —-and cigarette smoke stung my throat and my eyes. i guess i should stay home and not travel. i like fresh clean air!! not in any hurry to go back to vegas. weather was great had rent a car. Luxor parking was $25 per day while i was there shuttle from rent a car (both ways) to /from airport was fantastic!! "
