The room was a suite which worked great for us. It was a little older but it was clean. The staff was helpful and cheerful. You can't beat parking for $5.00 a night. Downtown was $35 per night. We'll stay there again the next time we're in San Antonio.

"Breakfast was good. The hotel is lovely, and the server staff at the restaurant, particularly Francisco, was amazing.
Bed not the comfiest. Toilet always took at least 2 flushes. Shower did not drain well and had more than a bit of mold. Elevator intermittently went to my floor. Hot tub was nice but not so hot. Spa is not even close to a luxury spa in my experience! Extremely overpriced with mediocre massage at best and gratuity included whether you enjoy your massage or not. "
