"Very nice facility centrally located. We could walk to everything we need. Only yards away from train. Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. Only negative is construction site next to the facility but it had no effect on us"

"Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. "I can’t say enough good things about this place. They gave us a deluxe suite with beautiful intricate detailed woodwork along with modern amenities. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The pictures on the Internet are very good, but no pictures are able to capture the actual beauty or atmosphere when you are really there inside the place. Absolutely amazing.."

"The room was very clean and beds made daily. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The continental style breakfast was very good, with delicious bread/rolls/pastries. It was self service, which we prefer. We had a big balcony, which was lovely, though not a great view, due to the location, surrounded by other buildings - though in the centre of town. The decor/furniture was a bit dated and could do with being modernised. However, we had a great stay!"
