Property seemed newer and well-maintained at first glance. Upon checkin however, the front desk people were rude and unprofessional-same experience at checkout 2 days later. Observed cleaning staff talking a few feet from an empty beer bottle resting on a paper towel just outside the elevators. 5 stars for the property but only 2 for the staff.

We were given the wrong rooms. I booked 2 queen rooms with pull out sofas. No pillows provided for the pull out bed and hotel said they had no extra. Continental breakfast was gross and sad.
