Lovely screened porch to enjoy your mornings and evenings, as well as barbecue. 4 seater, basic golf cart so bring your friends and split the cost! Has wireless internet, Sling tv and smart TV with many channels. You will have temporary resident ID with access to golf, pickleball, shuffleball, bocce ball, clubhouse fun and pools! Brownwood Square is a 10 min drive or 20 min golf cart trip, where you can enjoy music nightly!
