Everything was fine except they always want to charge us parking fees. I thought what we pay on Hotels.com is our fee we pay...period? All of our previous stays, the hotels have refunded those parking fees but I'm not sure this is going to happen with this stay.

Shower drain was clogged , and did not drain for a long time so had to stand in nasty water , pool had black pieces that look like dird poop and other stuff at the bottom and floating, hairs left on the bedding from other guests , dlack marks on the pillow case

We’ve stayed here five times and will continue. The rooms are great for a family of four. Very clean and comfortable. Our kids love the water park. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
