The little bungalo attached to the main house was a spotlessly clean complete apartment, including laundry, full kitchen, very comfortable king size bed. Also covered outside eating area and open air firepit. Great neighborhood for walking safely and sitting out under the stars. 10 min.walk to the town beach on a very clean lake Algonquin. Really rural area at a crossroads to NY Wine country, Sacandaga and Hudson Rivers,Saratoga Springs, Lake George and many other lakes along w/ lots and lots of hiking and outdoor activities,great views and clear night skies! Great spot for a traditional getaway of fun and relaxation!

This is a quaint place across the road from Algonquin Lake and equal distance between the public boat ramp and the public beach. Walk one way or the other less than a mile. It was quiet and everything I was looking for.

Pleasant apartment, gracious host
We had a lovely stay. The accommodation has everything you need and the location is awesome--close to hiking trails and ski hills. We saw deer every day out on the lawn. Excellent communication with our host.

Cozy cottage with everything you need. The host was very attentive to make sure everything was right. There was even a massage chair in the living room which I was not expecting. Overall a great place!
