"Room service would be useful and a better stocked convenience store within the hotel is needed."

Encore Boston Harbor
"From the Front Desk to the Casino staff my husband and I felt like we were the most important folks staying at the hotel . The reality was we were weary travelers returning from a business meeting in Connecticut by train . Much more relaxing than driving until ... our train out of Connecticut was ..."

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
"The Omni was overall a fantastic hotel to stay in. The location was great. The staff was very approachable and friendly. There was always someone there to help. It was convenient to have restaurants on site as well as 24 hour room service. We stayed in an artist king studio. The room was clean and ..."

The Revolution Hotel
"A great value! The shared bathroom thing is only a minor inconvenience. It's essentially a room that has 6-ish doors, each with their own toilet and shower, so it's very private. Be aware that they don't straighten your room everyday either. Overall, for what we spent, it was worth giving up these ..."

Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge
"I would just be forewarned that this property does not have air conditioning right now. They will not inform you until you arrive. I would be cautious, we stayed on one of the lower floors and it was quite unbearable even with a fan. Was up all night sweating."

"I booked a king size room and since they were overbooked got downgraded to the Wicked small room. Yes, they did move us but. Then the next day the maids left our door open all day. The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta
"The building itself is very old and there is only one elevator that you have to go up a flight of stairs to access. Other than this issue, we were very satisfied with our room. The bed was very comfortable. We never made it down for breakfast any of the days we were there."

The room was clean and tidy. The view was stunning. Although for the price of this place I do have a few complaints. I really wish the room had a microwave. Plus, I wish there was free breakfast available. While the restaurants are great they were very pricey for a simple breakfast. I know there was something available for a discount on the 5th floor for a limited time in the morning but that still came at a price. In the end, I would still recommend staying here because of the pros out weighing the cons."
