Staff very helpful and tried to problem solve if they didn’t know the answer. Liked the easy chat feature to ask questions and get help. Our room was very nice, good bed. Nice to have a breakfast. Hotel was being removed but this didn’t really pose negative issues.

Broken elevator made for a stressful weekend! We were compensated on our room rate, but unfortunately it didn't make the painful service elevator wait any shorter. Also, the rooftop bar was closed due to the elevator and that was the main reason we booked this hotel.
