Great location for attending the Christmas market and visiting the Ave Marie grotto. The hotel had plenty of parking. The lobby was comfortable and relaxing. The king suite room was perfect for our needs with plenty of space, clean and in perfect order. Will stay here again when we come back.

This was a very pretty hotel, close to everything, I will give it a five star other than Linda who works in. The breakfast area was very rude and very unprofessional. I asked her if I should ask the lady upfront about making coffee and she snapped at me and rolled her eyes and said I don’t have time to make it right now..

Our room was clean and spacious. We did like that we had options on a firm or soft pillow. We enjoyed our breakfast and the chairs were very comfortable to sit in while having our breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything here was such a nice surprise. The Starbucks coffee in the room, and at tge breakfast bar. The two types of pillows (soft or firm). The large nar of Irish Spring soap. The ultra clean room. All were awesome. We're coming back to the Cullman area in December and will definitely stay here then
