The room and staff were exceptional and the location was convenient to food, gas, and banking. I will most likely return to this property again next year for the Ultimate Fishing Expo there in Cullman AL.

Barbara at front desk was awesome, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, lobby smelled heavenly. Close to restaurants to choose your fave. And ez on and off the interstate. Gas stations close too! And free breakfast in am. And nice firepit outside!

Pros: Wonderful check-in experience! Very welcoming. The lobby is nice. The shower was amazing. Best water pressure ever. Cons: Our room could have been a bit cleaner. The bed comfort level was just okay. Our room could use an update and caulking replaced. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Fine for an overnight stay. Helpful advice: The turn off from the main road is very difficult to navigate at night. It needs more lighting or you’ll drive right past it. The parking lot, however, was very well lit and secure.

Even though it's a new property it's still clean still smells clean and it's taken care of and treated with respect. You don't find that now much anymore even with new hotels. They're Convenience Center is a little pricey but it's the convenience right LOL

I stayed at the Hilton Home2Suites in Cullman, AL, and unfortunately the experience was overwhelmingly negative. Our room was infested with ladybugs, not just a few, but enough to make the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. When we reported the issue, the front desk showed little concern and even admitted this has been an ongoing problem, mentioning that they previously had to close an entire floor because of it. Despite acknowledging the problem, they refused to offer any compensation or a reasonable solution. For a Hilton-branded property, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast, which offered a good variety and tasted great. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience. I would not recommend staying here until they address the infestation and take guests’ concerns seriously.
