Sea Serenade is the only penthouse property featuring two electronic fireplaces. One in the living area and a second in the main bedroom There are wraparound balconies on both levels that offer spectacular views of the great Atlantic Ocean as well as the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve and Sandbridge beach. With windows facing east and north, coupled with cathedral ceilings, you’ll find this penthouse to be both light and airy.

Sea Serenade provides all of the necessary amenities of modern life, free WiFi access, cable TV/DVD players in each bedroom, and a large TV in the great room. A fully furnished kitchen is also available for your use. All of our guests will also enjoy the assortment of reading material, games, and movies that can be found in the great room entertainment center.

Sea Serenade is professionally designed and decorated in natural colors; with a modern twist, you will find the mood to be one of pure relaxation. The second floor is devoted entirely to the main suite, with a large Westin Heavenly bed, spa-like bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, TV, and a private furnished balcony. The perfect place to relax with a favorite book or loved one.

Let Sea Serenade lull you to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. Wake up to beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic and as the day winds down to beautiful sunsets over Back Bay. Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a Westin Heavenly bed, TV, and a private bath.

Bedroom 3 provides yet another Westin Heavenly bed, TV, and private bathroom, and Bedroom 4 is a great place for the kids. With two twin bunk bed sets, TV, and DVD, it’s the perfect place for their favorite Disney movies.

Sea Serenade provides access to our garage-level storage unit so you can bring all your favorite beach essentials.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
