Washers broke, locked with our clothes inside and it took us 3 hours to do laundry. There was a bug in our kitchen. The drapes won't stay closed. The lights in the bathroon did not work.

The staff was great. The neighbors over us were very noisy. The first night, we barely slept because they were moving furniture. Second night was the same but not as bad. We witnessed the manager call the police on a guy who was staying on the other side of the hotel. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast, even going at 8 AM they only had scraps. Aari(might have spelled wrong) she checked me in and she was very helpful with the key cards not working. So was Larry.
