This property is family owned since the early 1960s. Our deluxe queen, room in the main hotel was recently updated. We loved everything about it. The hotel was perfectly clean. There seem to be plenty of staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The town of Tusayan is extremely easy to get around in andvery close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon South rim. We had a great stay at the Red Feather Inn.

The rooms are clean and nice. I think they will need to replace mattresses soon. The lobby is attractive with the fireplace and large windows. They offer lots of different tea and good coffee. A definite plus. Overall- I would recommend staying at this location close to the Grand Canyon national park

Young man at the front desk was very polite and thorough. Our room was sparkling clean. Very nice laundry area. Can walk to local restaurants. This hotel is located outside the park so everytime you want to enter the park there is a line of cars waiting to get in. We came in February. We were told at peak times the line is very long and can extend to the airport.

The room was very very nice with great amenities and housekeeping attention to details. The staff was friendly and helpful, greeting you every time you came in the door. My only issue was that every hallway noise was not at all muted. Sounds from neighboring rooms were not noticeable, but voices and doors slamming in the halls were loud. The desk offered me a change of rooms, but I felt it was a problem with noise reduction in the hallway walls/doors that would have been an issue in all rooms.
