We reserved for the Holiday Inn Grand Canyon and arrived there to be received in a flippant manner. She said she couldn't see a reservation for me, but maybe we should go to your other location down the road. The reservation instructions on our proper location (The Squire) weren't clear and neither was your unconcerned reception member. This must happen many times a day. You need to fix this for your future guests.

The arcade was super fun! My girls loved it and we had blast with them. Helped get their energy out and not feel stuck like they just to watch tv to entertain them. Beautiful property with lots of outdoor activities.

We stayed in a four star hotel before coming and checking in at The Squire and I can’t in good conscience give it a four too. I don’t know how it got that rating. The doors were propped open instead of you needing to use your key to open them so there wasn’t anything stopping anyone from just walking in. There were dumpsters right outside our doors, no elevator that we found to help us get to the second floor with all of our luggage, and honestly the only thing that could justify our cost for one night was the proximity to the Geand Canyon.

Beautiful room and really nice amenities! All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. We had dinner at an onsite restaurant, the pub downstairs. Very good food, decent pricing and very good service! If I ever come back to the Grand Canyon again, I would stay here.

Their accounts dept are cheaters. I already paid Expedia for the hotel and they charged me again. Also I had confirmed with them what things were free ( water, coffee, shampoo ) etc but they charged me for all these and said that the soap, shampoo etc is not free and they charged me. I am disputing these charges because they had confirmed to me shampoo & coffee etc was free. If I had not checked my account carefully I would have been cheated by them . I will not stop. I will keep complaining and telling everyone in the media about them being cheaters . Please AUDiT the accounts carefully Jasmin

Nice room

Nice spacious room with king size bed. The mattress and pillows were comfy for a nice sleep after a long travel. The heater was on when arrived so room was nice and toasty (February - snowy and cold)

A very special Holiday Inn, a welcome change. we enjoyed our stay there. They have several buildings on the premises. Ask them for a room near reception. We initially were put in a room way out and we complained because the beverage machine nearby was very noisy. The rooms right across the reception were better.
